Festival season is officially in full swing! Today marks the start of Coachella 2017 and we're beyond excited to see what all the famous bloggers and celebrities would wear. Inside every music and fashion junkie, is a wild dream to someday visit Coachella. It's most certainly on the top of our bucket list!
A roadtrip to California, checking-in at a cute hotel for the weekend, munching on the most delicious meals, dancing away to your favorite music acts and planning your own fashion week. It's heaven on earth!
While that dream is not that far off (miracles happen!), a local grown music festival is starting to embrace these Coachella vibes.
Lubao International Balloon and Music Festival is the only one of its kind where hot air balloon rides starts the day and ends it with a massive line-up of local and international artists. We've been to many music festivals before and this one is closest to Coachella Vibes.
Let's make a check list shall we?
ROADTRIP: It's hometown is at Pradera Verde, Lubao, Pampanga, roughly 3 hours from Manila
You can pack on some cheesy burgers or pizzas from NLEX stations for your ride.
STAY IN A HOTEL: Pradera Verde is the host place of the event so you can stay here. If the weather gets too hot, you can go ahead and try their one-of-a-kind pool and wake park.
There are also tons of hotels near Pradera. We stayed at Prado Farms just in front of Pradera, and it was the quirkiest place we've ever stayed at. If you've seen out instagram posts, you'll see that it's the best place to snap your OOTDs!
AWESOME FOOD: Indulge in a massive selection of meals! Fast-food favorite like Jollibee, Shakey's, Reyes Barbecue, Andok's etc. were there! We swear, we are very satisfied with the food selection and everything is in budget too!
ARTISTS: Local artist we've all love then and now performed. Namely - Spongecola, Gloc-9, Parokya ni Edgar, Moonstar88, Yeng Constantino and Bamboo on the first three days. For the last day, LubaoIBMF did not disappoint. They brought out Alex Aiono and Red Foo on stage and the crowd went wild! Even your favorite celebrities like Vice Ganda, Nadine Lustre, James Reid, Sam Concepcion, were there to party!

FASHION: Famous local b/vloggers were there to bring style to the event. We briefly hanged out with Rodel Flordeliz, Ruth Dela Cruz, Rhea Bue, Jeff Ong, Patrice Averilla of Avelovin, Baninay Bautista and Say Alonzo on the first day.
